MacHelpMate instructions:
1. Install and open Mac HelpMate.
2. Click once on the graphic image in the window.
3. Click the “Share My Screen” button.
4. Schedule a phone appointment by calling 415.250.5835.

Hi Dale,
I was loading audiobooks from the library this afternoon, and the disk will not eject. There’s this running noise too. I have tried several things, but no luck. HELP!

and cannot! I was able to log in when i first tryed although i was not able to listen to the entire interview.
